The Marinaside Residence is located in a waterfront high-rise on False Creek with spectacular views of Vancouver and the Pacific Ocean.
The views, and scale of the suite, fit into our client’s desire for a change in lifestyle, and their vision of refined, contemporary culture. However, the existing spatial arrangement and materials limited the property’s potential, and a renovation was required.
Working collaboratively with our clients, FdVA helped realize their vision, necessitating the removal of partition walls – to open up the floor space – and the exploration of inventive options for spatial reconfiguration.
Along with the renovations, and custom millwork, custom furniture was designed and built to be both utilitarian, and to compliment the millwork and material pallet of the space.
Our clients were pleased with the contemporary elegance of their new home and the vitality of lifestyle it provides.
